I always wanted to do this thing.. even though the character isn't very consistent and it isn't anyone specific from my oc's. I still enjoyed it a lot :)

Oh fun! I haven't seen many of these in a while

They all look great! lol I love how you even distressed the template a bit and made it a bit more interesting. XD

Some of my favorites are:

- Happy. I like that big, toothy smile and the calm, warm look in the eyes.

- Shocked/Surprised. I think that emotion comes through REALLY well. The wide eyes, and the feel that the character's head has shot up, leaned back a bit -- it has that tense energy that comes with surprise.

- Triumph. I like how you interpreted it with a smug look, like the character is gloating and taunting someone.

- Fear. Like in Shock/Surprise, the eyes emote SO. MUCH. There's a frightened look on the character's face, and the way she hunches up her shoulders and closes up her body language makes her feel smaller and more scared. Great job communicating this emotion.

- Flirty. The raised shoulder is fun and the eyes and the smirk -- lol! So great. This one is a lot of fun.

- Serious. Well....that serious look in the eyes and that rigid, hard-edged grimace....make me smile because the character is SUPER serious! XD

- Fierce. Love the kind of crazed look in the eyes, and the exaggerated, toothy, snarl. FIERCE!

So, yeah. I like a lot of the others, too -- Sarcastic is a lot of fun, and Silly, and...they all look great! But these really jumped out at me.

I remember I did this a long time ago...I stumbled on in a couple months back and...oh boy. It was such a mess! I printed out some boxes and tried drawing in them, which was a mess, and all of my drawings and faces were waaay too small and cramped, so it was a cluttered mess. I ought to try this again some day but like you said, it's hard to be consistent! Though, that's part of the challenge, isn't it?

Anyway, great job. : )
